At 1:30 p.m. on Friday, May 23, 2025, Leelool Purification grandly held a launch ceremony for the ISO9001 Quality Management System special training at its manufacturing base. This event aims to deepen all employees’ understanding of international standardized quality management concepts and promote the company's quality management level to a new height. The training session was fully attended, with the participation of heads from departments such as the Production Department, Business Department, Technical Department, Quality Department, After-sales Department, and Marketing Department.

The trainer for this quality management system training is Ms. Ye Qiwen, a senior consultant and lecturer on the ISO quality management system. With ten years of experience in the field of corporate training, she focuses on transforming practical experience into momentum for trainees’ growth. She has customized courses for over 100 well-known enterprises, helping senior executives reshape their leadership, middle management improve their execution, and teams break through collaboration bottlenecks.Through a combination of theoretical explanations and practical operation analysis, Ms. Ye led everyone to explore in depth the significant meaning of the ISO9001 quality management system for enterprises’ quality management standardization.
At this launch conference, Ms. Ye took 5S management as the starting point, led everyone to learn the basic knowledge of 5S management, and clarified the implementation significance and goals of the quality management system. The core content consists of five parts: Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke. With these as the core of management, the goals of improving operation management, ensuring production processes, and shaping the corporate image will be achieved.After that, the teacher introduced modules such as tool marking, problem feedback, regular audits, and division of responsibilities, ensuring that the tasks of each position are clear and responsibilities are assigned to specific individuals. For cross-departmental collaboration teams, full-time promotion specialists are also established and assigned to regional responsibilities, thereby standardizing the entire production process.
Ms. Ye conducted an in-depth analysis of the current situation of our company, identified the existing pain points, and put forward feasible solutions. She also formulated a promotion plan and timetable to ensure that the training content can truly “take root and bear fruit”.

In the future, we will take this ISO9001 quality management system special training as an opportunity to continuously improve the quality of products and services. On the one hand, we will formulate inspection and scoring standards, implement a reward and punishment system, and strengthen the guidance of positive behaviors, on the other hand, we will conduct regular audits and publicize the results, and hold special rectification meetings to identify problems in a timely manner and continuously optimize and improve.
