▍Product Introduction
Leelool purifier is a diesel engine exhaust particle trap composed of a filter element made of stainless steel fibers through special processes and connected in parallel.It adopts a flexible modular design and is equipped with an automatic alarm system.After the filter element is saturated with carbon,it can be extracted and washed for regeneration without consuming any energy during operation.It has the advantages of high processing efficiency,low startup pressure,long usage time,convenient and fast regeneration,easy installation,and high safety factor.It can effectively remove particulate matter from the exhaust of diesel generator sets and has a certain noise reduction effect.

Leelool purifier consists of a pressure detection system,a bypass system,and a control system.
① Pressure detection system.
Our electronic pressure sensor uses high-precision and high stability diffusion silicon pressure sensitive chips,which convert the measured pressure values into accurate electrical signals through reliable amplification devices.High quality sensors,exquisite packaging technology,and sophisticated assembly processes ensure the quality and performance of pressure detection,as well as precise signal conversion.
② Bypass system.
bypass system includes bypass pipes,high-temperature resistant solenoid valves,pressure detection systems,and control systems.When the internal pressure of the purifier reaches the preset back pressure value due to excessive carbon deposition,the high-temperature resistant solenoid valve will automatically open the bypass pipeline to ensure the normal operation of the generator set.
③ Control system.
The control system controls the operation of the bypass valve in the bypass system based on the data transmitted by the pressure detection system,ensuring the safety of the purifier during the use of the generator set.
